This is another product from the Internet Archive. Unlike many of their other offerings the text has been corrected, most of the formatting is correct and the illustrations are included.
Only about half the book is on woodworking and is probably worth the 99 cents. The second half of the book is a tree identification guide which is pretty much useless unless you are harvesting your own wood.
This is a very good description of the design and use of basic woodworking tools. It also has a reference and description trees used for carpentry, in the back half of the book.
